VP Marketing & Sales :

Marketing/Business Development

  • To meet potential clients at the highest level including MNC make convincing proposals and converting the same to business deals and commercial transaction closure at the CXO, CMD, Directors Level. Also, identify anchor customers and develop M.O.U's for short & long term deals.
  • Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth.
  • Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
  • Identifying streams for revenue growth & developing marketing plans .
  • Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
  • Create internal systems and processes for a detailed analysis of information on business opportunities across various business segments, global competition, forecast, scenario's etc.
  • Conceptualize and create a business case across all segments keeping in view all the variables / issues impacting the business results. Conceptualize and develop business plans keeping in view market opportunities for short term & long term perspective.
  • Participate in the decision making process of the investment proposals from business partners for strategic fit, feasibility, market potential, ROI , profit loss projections and present recommendations to top management for informed business decision.
  • Competition Benchmarking & tracking. - Gather data on competitors and analyze their 'way to market' strategy.
  • To provide inputs in formulation of marketing activities e.g. campaigns, pre-launch etc.

Client Relationship Management

  • Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
  • Interfacing with institutional & corporate clients for suggesting the most viable services & product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
  • Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.

Strategic Planning

  • Establishing short/long term budgets in tune with the corporate strategies for achieving business targets.
  • Business planning, forecasting and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
  • Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
